Dane Enterprises Lawn Care Service is a professional and friendly lawn mowing and yard maintenance company in the Gallatin Valley.  After the owner, Charles Johnson, spent a career on the ocean in the United State Coast Guard, he decided to move to Montana and finally pursue his passion for the outdoors.  Currently Charles is finishing up his Rangeland Ecology & Management degree at Montana State University.  Dane Enterprises was formed in order to apply his education, serve his community, and create working relationships around the Gallatin Valley.

          The name of the company Dane Enterprises, is in loving memory of Charles’s Great Dane named Sierra.   Sierra, with her never ending love became trained and certified as a therapy dog to visit people of all ages, young and old during their times of need.  Sierra received awards for over 250 visits to a variety of facilities over a 5 year span.  Some of the many places she visited were places such as hospitals, children’s hospitals, cognitive care facilities, nursing homes, schools, and much more.  Sierra even started a reader dog program which is designed to give children a chance to work on their reading skills to a judgment free dog’s listening ear.

          Due to the amount of lives Sierra helped, Dane Enterprises LLC donates a portion of all proceeds towards the work of therapy dogs, spreading joy to those that are in need.
